This group is open to moms who live outside Ladera Ranch as well. We have many members in the local surrounding areas. Stroller Strides is a stroller fitness class where mom can workout with her baby. It's a great way to get in shape, be with your child and meet other moms! The classes consist of a power walk or run combined with body sculpting exercises using exercise tubing, your stroller and the beautiful outdoors.
